As one of the first advisors to join Florida Merchant Services, Freddy has played an important role in the company’s growth and commitment to serving merchants excellently. Outside of work, Freddy is a faith-oriented family man who believes that success is measured not only by business achievements but by serving others with integrity and compassion. Throughout his career, Hector has developed expertise in serving the hospitality and armory industries, earning a reputation for delivering personalized service and strategic payment solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs. His commitment to excellence has earned him the distinction of being recognized as a Two-Time Salesman of the Year.

Beyond his professional achievements, Hector believes in giving back to the community and has proudly contributed to the Boys & Girls Club, supporting programs that invest in the next generation. Originally from Puerto Rico, Katya has been an integral part of the Florida Merchant Services team for the past three years. Her strong operational expertise, leadership abilities, and commitment to excellence have played an important role in improving internal processes, supporting company growth, and ensuring merchants and partners receive outstanding service.
Known for her organization, problem-solving skills, and collaborative leadership style, Katya is passionate about helping both clients and team members succeed. She believes that strong relationships, clear communication, and continuous improvement are the foundation of long-term business success.

Outside of the office, Katya is a devoted wife and proud mother of four. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and their dog, traveling, discovering new restaurants, reading, and giving back to her community by coaching Little League baseball.

Shamilette Rodriguez

Shamilette is a dedicated professional, proud mom of one, and someone who strives to excel in everything she takes on. She holds an Associate degree in Medical Assisting with a specialization in Billing and Coding and has built a strong foundation in customer service, technical support, and business consulting.

With four years at Florida Merchant Services, Shamilette served as a Business Advisor specializing in Deployment and Technical Support before being promoted to Business Advisor. Jamaar and Rhonda Manlove

Leadership

Jamaar and Rhonda Manlove are the leadership team behind Florida Merchant Services, where Jamaar serves as the Director of Sales and Rhonda serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Together, they are passionate about building a company that serves businesses with excellence, integrity, and exceptional customer care.

Devoted followers of Jesus Christ, Jamaar and Rhonda strive to honor God in both their family life and their business. Their leadership is rooted in faith, compassion, and a commitment to serving others.
They are proud parents of four children: Monique, Isaac, Joshua, and McKayla. They reside in Orlando, Florida, where family remains central to everything they do.

Beyond their business, Jamaar and Rhonda founded The Father’s House, a ministry currently developing in Davenport, Florida. The Father’s House will provide a home for widows, an orphanage, and a pantry for those in need, reflecting their lifelong passion for serving vulnerable families and demonstrating God’s love through practical care.

In their free time, they enjoy reading, tennis, basketball, conferences traveling, spending time with each other’s family, and serving others. Whether leading their company, mentoring others, or building ministries that impact lives, Jamaar and Rhonda are committed to leaving a legacy of faith, service, generosity, and excellence.

Angel Benitez

Agent Advisor

Angel Benitez is a dedicated payments professional with over seven years of experience in the financial and merchant services industry. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for integrity, operational excellence, and a commitment to helping businesses navigate payment solutions with confidence and efficiency.

In 2023, Angel earned his Certified Payment Professional (CPP) certification, further strengthening his expertise in finance, accounting, and business operations. His combination of practical industry experience and professional credentials enables him to provide valuable insight and strategic financial guidance.

Beyond his professional accomplishments, Angel is deeply committed to his faith and community. He faithfully serves as a deacon at his church, teaches Sunday School, and, alongside his wife, leads the church’s marriage ministry, encouraging and equipping couples to build strong, Christ-centered relationships.

Angel has been happily married to his wife, Ashley, for 14 years as of 2026. Together they are the proud parents of two wonderful children, Joshua and Victoria. His greatest priorities are his faith, his family, and serving others with excellence in every area of life.
